Can I keep my direct carrier appointments?

Yes. First Connect doesn't require exclusivity. You keep every relationship you've built and add more through our platform. We also work with agents on book rolls with many direct appointments, and in some cases we're able to improve commission rates on existing books through our partner relationships. Book rolls even count toward internal incentives like our Rewards Program. Think of it as expanding what you already have, not replacing it.
