Agency Overview is a section inside First Connect where you tell us about your agency’s policy mix, specialties, and focus areas. Completing it unlocks:
  • Exclusive access to new carriers as they join the platform
  • Expedited onboarding through pre-filled future forms
  • Updates on new product launches from existing carriers
  • Personalized matches so you see the carriers most relevant to you
How it works
  1. Log in to your First Connect portal
  2. Click on the Agency Overview tab in the left-hand navigation bar
  3. Answer a list of questions about your agency
  4. Your information will be saved for future matches and applications

  • Is it required? It’s not mandatory, but it’s strongly encouraged. Agencies that complete Agency Overview get a whole host of benefits, including exclusive access to new carriers, expedited onboarding, and personalized carrier matches.
