Agency Overview is a section inside First Connect where you tell us about your agency’s policy mix, specialties, and focus areas. Completing it unlocks:
- Exclusive access to new carriers as they join the platform
- Expedited onboarding through pre-filled future forms

- Personalized matches so you see the carriers most relevant to you
How it works
- Log in to your First Connect portal
- Click on the Agency Overview tab in the left-hand navigation bar
- Answer a list of questions about your agency
- Your information will be saved for future matches and applications

- Is it required? It’s not mandatory, but it’s strongly encouraged. Agencies that complete Agency Overview get a whole host of benefits, including exclusive access to new carriers, expedited onboarding, and personalized carrier matches.
