Arrowhead-First Connect Partnership Webinar

McKenzie and Lori conducted a webinar to introduce Arrowhead's new partnership with First Connect, focusing on three HDI Global SE programs: HO3, DP3, and a new HO6 program launching that day. Lori presented detailed underwriting guidelines, coverage limits, and eligibility criteria for these programs, including requirements for dwellings built after 1900, wildfire exposure considerations, and specific restrictions for liability coverage. The presentation included information about submission processes for applications requiring underwriting approval and various credits available to customers, with Lori promising to make the presentation available online after the webinar.
 

Arrowhead Homeowners Insurance Program Presentation

Lauri presented Arrowhead's homeowners insurance program, covering coverage options, deductibles, and eligibility requirements. She demonstrated the online system's features, including quote generation, policy management, and document access. The presentation included information about the private client program offering coverage up to $5 million, and Lauri answered questions about broker appointments, mortgagee bill options, and electrical panel eligibility.
 

DocuSign Application Process Demonstration

Lauri demonstrated the DocuSign process for submitting applications, showing how agents can sign SL2 forms and prebound applications, and how customers receive and sign documents through email. The team answered various questions about coverage limits, payment options, and specific property scenarios including ADUs and duplexes. McKenzie announced that Arrowhead would be activated in the portal for producer access, with a follow-up email containing the recording and resources to be sent to all attendees.
