She explained that agencies can use GAINSCO's discounts for policies from other carriers and outlined the process for electronic filing of SR22s, e-signatures, and online payments. Madeleine also clarified that agencies are not charged for MVR reports if they meet a 70% sales threshold and discussed the acceptance of foreign driver's licenses and proof of insurance verification.
