IDIQ Identity Theft Services Overview
Mackenzie Gilbert from First Connect welcomed participants to a training webinar with IDIQ, introducing Jeff who provided an overview of IDIQ's identity theft protection services. Jeff explained that IDIQ has been in partnership with First Connect for about 3 years, serving over 6 million members, and recently launched a new four-step direct link process through First Connect to make accessing their services easier. He highlighted that while SecureGuard is the primary product, IDIQ offers various services including Credit BuilderIQ for credit building and Redacted for high-net-worth clients, with plans to work with partners to tailor solutions based on client profiles and demographics.
Identity Protection and Financial Planning
Jeff discussed the importance of identity protection and financial planning, highlighting statistics about data breaches and the lack of life insurance and wills among Americans. He emphasized the value of their SecureGuard plan, which includes access to simple will and estate planning documents. Jeff also presented a compensation plan showing how enrolling clients in SecureGuard plans can generate additional income through annuities, with increasing returns over time based on the number of enrollments per month.

Jeff presented an incentive program offering a $250 bonus after the first enrollment, contingent on clients staying for three months without requesting refunds. The team confirmed that the product is immediately available for implementation and will provide necessary support materials and training to help partners offer it to their clients.

Jeff discussed the availability of different service structures, including options for teams and unlicensed staff, and highlighted the comprehensive nature of their identity theft protection service compared to competitors like LegalShield. He emphasized that their service doesn't require a license and is straightforward to access, encouraging participants to try it and join the nearly 2,000 agents already using it.
