He explained that the program offers up to $15 million in coverage per location with no policy cap, and includes both BOP and property-only coverage options. Gregg highlighted the program's coastal appetite, with eligibility based on distance from the primary shoreline, and noted that the company inspects all risks and provides extensive resources through their portal for agents to access coverage details and underwriting guidelines.

Commercial Insurance Quoting System Demo

Gregg demonstrated the commercial insurance quoting system to Gavin, walking through the process of entering information for a property-only BOP quote in Mississippi. He explained key features including the requirement for insurance scores, building characteristics, occupancy classes, and the ability to request underwriting referrals for larger risks or special circumstances. Gregg showed how to refer a quote to underwriting and the process for attaching files and communicating with underwriters, noting that regional underwriters are assigned to each state.

SageSure Products and Requirements Overview

Gregg presented information about SageSure's products and common issues agents encounter, including requirements for loss runs on referred quotes, building value calculations, occupancy classes, and documentation needs for risks with more than four occupants. Gavin added that additional states beyond Louisiana and Mississippi are available and can be accessed through the First Connect team.
