Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

How much does Quote Connector cost? Our comparative rater comes at zero cost for First Connect agents.

Does Quote Connector include every First Connect carrier? No. While it provides access to over 40+ leading carriers, some are not yet integrated. If you don't see a specific carrier in the rater, check the Quote Connector page in the First Connect portal.

Can I quote both Personal and Commercial lines? Yes! Quote Connector is a dual-purpose tool designed to handle both Personal Lines (like Auto, Homeowners or Renters) and various Commercial Lines.

How does the "Data Pre-fill" feature work?

For property risks, the system uses the risk address to pull public record data (year built, square footage, roof type, etc.). This minimizes manual entry and helps ensure the replacement cost calculations are accurate from the start.

Please note the pre-fill works for all Property products except for Renters.

What is a "Unified Questionnaire"?

It’s a smart form that asks only the questions necessary for the carriers you’re quoting with. Instead of filling out five different applications for five carriers, you fill out one, and the data is mapped to all of them.
