How do I qualify for President’s Club?

Can I bring my children on the trip?

As an adults-only property, kids are not allowed on-site at the Le Blanc Spa resort. 

Is transportation between the airport and resort provided?

Yes, First Connect arranges secure transportation between Cancun International Airport (CUN) and Le Blanc Spa Resort Cancun on main arrival and departure days.

Can I transfer the trip prize to someone else?

No, prizes are not transferable and may not be sold, traded, or modified. Winners must attend the trip personally with their selected guest.

Are there any taxes or additional costs?

Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes. First Connect will provide a cash payment to help offset the estimated tax impact. Spa treatments and some optional activities may incur additional charges.
