What is included in the President’s Club 2027 trip package?

The package includes a 4-day, 3-night stay at Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana Punta Cana, Dominican Republic for two, roundtrip airfare, organized airport transfers, all-inclusive dining, exclusive First Connect events, and a choice of excursions. Spa treatments are not included.

How do I qualify for President’s Club?

Each year, President's Club status is awarded to our top 35 agencies, based on commissioned premium. Be sure to check our First Connect Rewards program guide for detailed requirements.

Can I bring my children on the trip?

As an adults-only property, kids are not allowed on-site at the resort. All guests must be 18 years or older to stay at the resort.

Is transportation between the airport and resort provided?

Yes, First Connect arranges secure transportation between Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ) and Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana on main arrival and departure days.

Can I transfer the trip prize to someone else?

No, prizes are not transferable and may not be sold, traded, or modified. Winners must attend the trip personally with their selected guest.

Are there any taxes or additional costs?

Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes. First Connect will provide a cash payment to help offset the estimated tax impact. Spa treatments and some optional activities may incur additional charges.
