Natasha Lutz, Covertree's territory manager, led the presentation while demonstrating the Bonsai portal system, walking participants through the complete quote process including property details, coverage options, and underwriting questions. The presentation covered Covertree's current product features, including their gold, silver, and platinum plans with various coverage options and available discounts for paperless billing, auto-home bundling, and in-park homes. Natasha highlighted upcoming developments including new coverage limits up to $350,000, state expansion plans for California by year-end and additional states in 2027, coastal ENS coverage launching in February, flood insurance integration with Right Flood, and API integration with Raider. The team also discussed current incentives for landlord coverage and plans to expand coverage to previously excluded counties in Georgia and South Carolina.
