We make it easy at First Connect! You will never need to send any of your licenses to us. We have partnered with a 3rd party company that will provide us with real-time updates on your licenses using your NPN (National Producer Number). However, it is important to check with your state to ensure compliance, especially when it comes time to renew your license.What about if you get a new non-resident license? We'll capture these as you receive them as well! Most of our carriers utilize similar software to understand your licensing status however you may need to reach out to the carrier individually to get them to unlock access for your new state.
