Does First Connect Offer IVANS Downloads?

At this time, First Connect does not offer IVANS downloads. However, many of our carrier partners do. 

If you’d like to set up downloads, you’ll need to reach out directly to the carrier’s support team. They can confirm whether IVANS downloads are available and guide you through the setup process. 

To locate a carrier’s contact information, simply select the carrier from your First Connect dashboard their contact details will be displayed there.

Can I set up downloads through the First Connect portal? 
No. Our system does not currently support IVANS downloads. You’ll need to contact the carrier directly to request and configure downloads. 

I have access to a shared code carrier do they support downloads? 
No. Shared code partners do not currently support IVANS downloads, as the same code is shared across multiple agencies.
