While First Connect does not directly service policies, we make it easy for you to manage, make payments, and retrieve documents through carrier portals.
Follow the steps below to access the appropriate carrier portal from your First Connect dashboard.
- Log in to your First Connect portal. You will land on the Dashboard by default.
- From the dashboard, locate and select the carrier that issued the policy you’d like to service.
- A side panel will appear with carrier information. Click the “Quote Now” button to bridge directly to the carrier’s portal.
- In the carrier portal, you can service the policy, make payments, or download documents.
If you are unable to complete your request in the carrier portal or have servicing questions, you can also contact the carrier directly. The carrier’s contact information is available in the same side panel.
All users must have an active insurance license to access the First Connect portal, including for policy servicing.
