How do I request a carrier appointment?
Breakdown of how to utilize the First Connect Carrier Store to request carrier appointments
When you visit the Carrier Store in the First Connect Portal, you'll find everything you need for carrier appointments. Simply select "Carrier Store" from the left navigation column and you'll be able to access a variety of insurance carriers.
At the top of the Carrier Store, you'll see three options. Select the "Available Carriers" option.
This option allows you to view all the carriers that are currently offering new appointments based on your licenses. You'll be able to see the carriers your appointed or all First Connect carriers as well in the other categories.

If you want more information about a specific carrier, you can click on the Carrier Card. A side bar from the right side of the screen will appear to give you a deeper understanding of the carrier's background, appetite, resources, commission structure and more!

Once you're ready to request simply select the "Request Access" button and follow the steps that follow.

Remember to keep an eye on your email! First Connect will keep you updated throughout the appointment process. As soon as you request an appointment, you can expect an email with the next steps.
