Updating your e-mail is a breeze with First Connect! Simply navigate to the "My Account" page and locate the box containing all your account information. Click on the pencil icon and enter your new e-mail address. Don't forget to click the blue "Save" button to finalize your changes and ensure they are saved successfully!

When you update your email address with First Connect, it's important to note that this change is not automatically communicated to all carriers. Since you may have different email credentials with each carrier, it is essential that you inform them individually about your email change.

This e-mail address is very important as it is what we transmit to carriers when you request appointments. Please ensure it is accessed frequently and use this email best you can with our carrier partners when creating credentials
