How to Update Your Agency Profile Information

Within the "My Account" tab of your First Connect portal, you have the ability to update the information of your Primary Writing agent. This includes their name, email, address, phone number, and more. 

To access your agency information, go to the top right corner of the screen and click on your initials, then select My Account. Once you arrive on the My Account tab, you’ll see your agency information displayed with a pencil icon, which you can click to make edits.

A small window will appear, giving you the chance to make changes to your agency information. Don't forget to click on the Save button once you're done editing.
