Within the "My Account" tab of your First Connect portal, you have the ability to update the information of your Primary Writing agent. This includes their name, email, address, phone number, and more.
To access the information for your agency, go to the left side of the screen and click on "My Account." Then, look for the pencil icon in the top right panel and click on it.
A small window will appear, giving you the chance to make changes to your agency information. Don't forget to click on the Save button once you're done editing.
