Login Processes and Password Resets

This guide explains First Connect carrier login types—SSO, no-login, and username/password—plus password reset steps and credential recovery tips.

Accessing First Connect Carrier Portals 

Each carrier may have a different login process, but they generally fall into one of the following categories: 

  • Single Sign-On (SSO)

For carriers with SSO, you do not need a separate login or password. Simply access the carrier portal through your First Connect dashboard, and you’ll be signed in automatically. Look for a padlock symbol next to carriers that support SSO. 

  • No Login Required

Some carriers allow you to bridge over and start quoting without a login. You will still receive credit for binds, as these carriers will either request your email or First Connect (FC) code during the process. 

  • Username & Password Required

For these carriers, you must enter a username and password. These credentials are typically sent to you directly by the carrier or, in some cases, via email from First Connect.

The agent selects the carrier logo on the dashboard, which redirects them to the Bridger login page. They then enter their username and password to log in.

RLI 

Agent bridges from portal and inputs email and password into the landing page

Steadily 

The agent selects the carrier logo on the dashboard, which redirects them to the Steadily login page. They are prompted to enter their login email to receive an access code. Upon receiving the code, they enter it into the Steadily portal. If the code is correct, they are granted access to the carrier portal

Stonegate

Forgot Your Password? 

If you forget your password, select “Forgot Password” on the carrier’s login screen to start the reset process.

Missing Username or Password Email? 

Carriers usually send login details directly to your email. If you can’t find the email, try searching your inbox for messages from our carrier partners. If you still can’t locate the credentials, you can:
