Helpful tips if you are having issues getting logged into your First Connect Portal

If you are experiencing issues logging into the portal, don’t worry. We’ve compiled a list of troubleshooting steps to help you resolve common login problems. Follow these steps to access your account
Verify Email Address
  • Ensure the email you entered is the one tied to your account. Check your email inboxes for any communication from First Connect.
  • Look for previous emails from First Connect to confirm the correct email address associated with your account.
Utilize our texting option vs. e-mail
  • If you've tried everything with your email and it is still not working, utilize your mobile phone number. This way tends to work more reliably and will transmit the code to you faster
Check Spam/Promotions Folders
  • If you cannot find any emails from First Connect in your inbox, check your spam, junk, and promotions folders. Sometimes, important emails can end up there by mistake.
Use the Resend Code Option
  • Once you have confirmed the correct email address, try to log in. If you don’t receive an email with the code use the “Resend Code” option on the login page. This will send a new login code to your email.
  • After requesting the resend code, wait a few minutes and then check your email inbox, spam, junk, and promotions folders for the new login code.
Doublecheck the code
  • Ensure you are entering the login code exactly as it appears in the email.
Team Member Status
  • If you're a producer in an agency, check with your Principal Agent to make sure your email has been added to your Agency account. This will be required in order to gain access
