Prizes:
- Grand Prize: Cash bonus of $3,000!
- Second Prize: Cash bonus of $2,000!

But that's not all! We're not just rewarding the top performers. Everyone who meets the qualifying criteria will also earn a spot bonus.
Bonuses:
- Earn $800 if you write and report each month in the first quarter and reach total written premium of $60,000
- Earn $400 if you write and report each month in the first quarter and reach total written premium of $20,000

Terms and Conditions:

- ELIGIBILITY: To qualify, Members must have in-force contract and up to date financial information to participate in the First Connect Promotion and will be evaluated based on the Company’s records and meeting criteria for winning.
- TIME PERIOD. The contest beings on January 1st, 2024 at 12:00 am CST and ends on March 31st, 2024 at 11:59 pm CST.
- CONTEST DETAILS: The top three (3) Eligible and Qualified Members who bind the most premium and agencies who bind each month while reaching the premium thresholds during the contest Time Period will win cash prizes as detailed herein. Eligible and Qualified Members will be evaluated based on Company’s records and meeting criteria for winning. Determination of winners is in Company's sole discretion and based solely on Company's records, and cannot be challenged by Members. The odds of winning vary based upon the amount of premium bound by other Eligible and Qualifying Members. Company will determine the top (3) Eligible and Qualified Members on or before May 24th 2024. Winners will be announced May 28th, 2024. Should there be a tie, the Eligible and Qualifying Member with the most policies in force at the time Company determines the winners shall be the victor of the tie. The winners will be announced over email.
By entering this contest, Eligible and Qualified Members accept and agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Company, which shall be final in all matters. Acceptance of a prize also constitutes permission for Company to use winner’s name for marketing purposes without further compensation or right of approval, unless prohibited by law. All federal and state laws apply. - PRIZES: Eligible and Qualified Members who bind each month and reach the premium thresholds, plus the top three (3) members that bind the most premium for the quarter pursuant to Section 4 (Contest Details), will receive one (1) prize each in the following order
- Premium threshold of 60,000: $800
- Premium threshold of 20,000: $400
- Premium threshold of 5,000: $150
- Most premium bound: $3,000
- Second most premium bound: $2000
- Third most premium bound: $1000
Limit one prize per Eligible and Qualified Member. Prizes are not transferable and may not be auctioned, traded, copied, transferred, bartered, modified or sold. Terms are subject to change by Company at any time. If permitted by law, Company reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All prizes will be awarded. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded. Winners will be responsible for paying any applicable tax related to prizes. If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Company will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner based upon policies bound pursuant to Section 4 (Contest Details).
- Right to cancel or modify. Company reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify a promotion if any problem prevents the promotion from running as planned.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Eligible and Qualified Members waive all right to, and hold the Company harmless from, any claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in this contest or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. Company will not be responsible for: a Qualified and Eligible Member’s failure to receive prize notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for Qualified and Eligible Member’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information; technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in this contest; by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this contest; or any typographical, technological, or other error in the publishing of the offer, administration of the contest, or announcement of the prizes. If, in Company’s opinion, there is such an error, or there is any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of the contest, or if technical difficulties (including viruses and bugs) compromise the integrity of the contest, Company reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, cancel or modify this contest in a manner deemed appropriate by Company. In the event of termination prior to the end of the contest, winners will be selected from among all Eligible and Qualified Members at the time and date the contest is terminated.
- CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM: Qualified and Eligible Members agree that all matters arising out of or relating to this contest and these Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Texas, without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions thereof. Entrant further agrees that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be brought exclusively in the applicable federal or state courts located in Travis County, Texas.
