Accelerate 2025 - Q1 Incentive Program

Rules 

• Payouts are based on earned not generated.
• Tier-based cash rewards are one-time incentive and are not cumulative. 
• Eligibility:
  • New business premium must be bound, effective, and reported in Cash Connect from January 1 to March 31, 2025.
  • Must write and report $20,000 or more in total written premium with effective dates from January 1 to March 31, 2025.
  • To qualify for the $250 Reporting Kicker bonus, new business policies must be bound, and reported in Cash Connect in the same week for 7 or more weeks during the quarter. Weeks do not need to be consecutive.
• Reported binds will be cross-referenced with actual commission reports to verify payouts at the discretion of First Connect.
• Maximum possible payout is $1,250.
• Agents can qualify for Accelerate 2025 Incentive once the Fast Start or Comeback Cash incentive periods end. Any policies credited towards those incentives won't count toward Q1 cash rewards.

Payment Details

• Cash rewards and bonus payments will be included in May 15, 2025 commission statements. 

Terms and Conditions 

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
2. ELIGIBILITY: To qualify and be eligible to participate, Members must have an in-force contract and up-to-date E&O and bank account information with First Connect Insurance Services LLC (“Company”) to participate in the Q1 Accelerate 2025 Incentive Program. The determination of whether a Member is qualified or eligible shall be solely evaluated by the Company in the Company’s sole discretion and based on the Company’s records and meeting criteria for winning (“Qualified Members”).
3. INCENTIVE PROGRAM PERIOD: The effective incentive period begins on January 1, 2025 at 12:00 am CST and ends on March 31, 2025 at 11:59 pm CST (“Time Period”).  
4. INCENTIVE PROGRAM DETAILS: Qualified Members must bind and report new business during the Time Period (“New Business Premium”). Qualified Members whose New Business Premium reaches a specified premium threshold during the Time Period will be eligible to win a cash prize(s) as detailed herein (“Premium Threshold Prize”). There is an extra bonus available for those Qualified Members who win a Premium Threshold Prize if they bind and report new business at least 7 weeks during the Time Period (“Bonus Prize”).    
   Qualified Members are limited to one (1) Premium Threshold Prize and if qualified, one (1) Bonus Prize. Whether a Qualified Member wins a Premium Threshold Prize and/or a Bonus Prize shall be determined based upon the total New Business Premium. Qualified Members will be evaluated solely based on Company’s records and meeting criteria for winning. Determination of winners is in Company's sole discretion and based solely on Company's records, and cannot be challenged by Members. The odds of winning vary based upon the amount of premium bound by other Qualified Members. Company will determine Qualified Members on or before May 15, 2025. 
     
   By entering this contest, Qualified Members accept and agree to these Terms and Conditions and all decisions of Company, which shall be final in all matters. Acceptance of a prize also constitutes permission for Company to use winner’s name and/or winner’s agency’s name for marketing purposes without further compensation or right of approval, unless prohibited by law. Terms and Conditions are subject to change by Company at any time. All federal and state laws apply.  
5. PRIZES: The new business premium thresholds and corresponding Premium Threshold Prizes are as follows: 
   • Premium threshold of $20,000: $75
   • Premium threshold of $30,000: $150
   • Premium threshold of $50,000: $400
   • Premium threshold of $100,000: $1,000
     
     The Bonus Prize is as follows: Bind and report a minimum of $20,000 in new business in 7 or more weeks of the quarter: $250
     
     There is a limit of one Premium Threshold Prize per Qualified Member based upon the total New Business Premium. If the Qualified Member who has received a Premium Threshold Prize is also eligible for the Bonus Prize, there is a limit of one (1) Bonus Prize per Qualified Member.
     
     Prizes are not transferable and may not be auctioned, traded, copied, transferred, bartered, modified or sold. If permitted by law, Company reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All prizes will be awarded. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded. Winners will be responsible for paying any applicable tax related to prizes. If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Company will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner based upon policies bound pursuant to Section 4 (Incentive Program Details).
6. RIGHT TO CANCEL OR MODIFY: Company reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify a promotion if any problem prevents the promotion from running as planned.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Qualified Members waive all right to, and hold the Company harmless from, any claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in this contest or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. Company will not be responsible for: a Qualified Member’s failure to receive prize notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for Qualified Member’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information; technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in this contest; by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this contest; or any typographical, technological, or other error in the publishing of the offer, administration of the contest, or announcement of the prizes. If, in Company’s opinion, there is such an error, or there is any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of the contest, or if technical difficulties (including viruses and bugs) compromise the integrity of the contest, Company reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, cancel or modify this contest in a manner deemed appropriate by Company. In the event of termination prior to the end of the contest, winners will be selected from among all Qualified Members at the time and date the contest is terminated.
8. CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM: Members agree that all matters arising out of or relating to this contest and these Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Texas, without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions thereof. Members further agree that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this program and these Terms and Conditions shall be brought exclusively in the applicable federal or state courts located in Travis County, Texas.
