I sold a policy but didn't receive payment. What do I do?

First check when you sold the policy. We pay on policies 45 days after the month the policy was bound in. If it was beyond that, reach out to us and we can help locate it.

First Connect will issue payment for policies 45 days after the month in which the policy was bound. Typically, payments are made on the 15th of that month. For instance, if you sold a policy in January, you can expect to receive payment on March 15th.

If you haven't received payment for a policy that falls outside of the 45-day window, we are here to assist you! Simply submit an Agent Support Request form located in the top right corner of this page. Please provide us with the carrier name, policy number, and effective date of the policy. Our Commissions team will work diligently to help you and ensure you receive your payment.
