First Connect has collaborated with multiple carriers to introduce a highly secure method of connecting from the First Connect dashboard to our carrier portals. When you notice the padlock icon next to a carrier, it indicates that you no longer have to log in to that carrier every time you access their services. In order for the direct access to work you'll need to enter the carrier's portal through your First Connect Dashboard.
