When does First Connect pay commissions?

First Connect will issue payment 45 days after the month in which the policy was bound, specifically on the 15th of that month. Additionally, we also have carriers that offer monthly payment options.

In order to align our agent payments with when we receive payments from our insurance carriers, we make every effort to pay commissions 45 days after the month in which the policy was bound. This allows sufficient time for the carriers to pay us, for our team to prepare your monthly statement, and for us to process the payment for you.

We are pleased to inform you that we now have several carriers that pay on a monthly basis, Quick Pay carriers, and we are actively working to expand this offering to more carriers for the benefit of our agents.
