How do I get credentials to access a carrier?

Once we're notified from a carrier that you've been granted access, you'll get communication from that carrier with credentials to log in (if needed).

When you are granted an appointment, most First Connect carriers will send you an email containing your login credentials. It's important to note that the email will not be sent from a First Connect email address. If you can't find this email, make sure to check your spam folder as it may occasionally end up there. If you still can't locate the email or accidentally deleted it, it's recommended to directly contact the carriers. They prioritize your security and many do not share this information with us.


Carriers with Single Sign On (SSO)

We have a variety of carriers that provide the option to access their portal through single sign on, eliminating the need for credentials. Among our most popular carriers offering this convenient access are Next and Coterie (with more to come in the future)!


Carriers without any Credentials needed

Some of our carriers, such as THREE by Berkshire Hathaway, Blink, Bolt, Arkay Auto Warranty, Tend, and Kelly Klee, do not require you to log in separately. In fact, you can directly access these carriers to quote and bind!

When you click on the link, you can also check the URL to see your FC code. This code helps the carrier and First Connect keep track of who is writing what within these carriers.


Chubb, RLI and CNA

If you are appointed with Chubb or CNA and need assistance with your credentials and getting access you can reach out to us directly We'll be able to reset your password or resend your invite link


biBERK

If you've received your invite email from biBERK that you can now access and are having troubles please reference this document. It is important to note that with biBERK you must have a Microsoft 360 enabled e-mail address and the e-mail must not be a shared inbox (info@agency.com).
