First Connect has introduced a secure and convenient login method to access our Agency Connector. By utilizing an authentication code sent to your cell phone or email, agents can enjoy a seamless and hassle-free login experience.
To enhance security for our agents and their customer data, First Connect has introduced a new, hassle-free login method for the Agency Connector that eliminates the need for a password. This enhancement simplifies the login procedure, enabling agents to effortlessly access their accounts while safeguarding both their data and their customers' data.
Be sure to verify the email and phone number listed on your My Account page in the Agency Connector before logging in. This information is required for a seamless login process.
How to Log In
When you're on the login screen, simply enter the email associated with your First Connect account and click on the "Get Code" button. By selecting the "Remember Me" option, you can bypass this step for the next 7 days.
When logging in with passwordless authentication the first time, it is best to use your email address. If you opt for the text authentication feature, make sure to verify that your mobile number is listed in the My Account section of your Agency Connector to ensure you receive the authentication code needed for login.
We will then send you a code to your email address that you'll need to input in the box that appears below your e-mail address.
The verification code will be e-mailed from agentsupport@firstconnectinsurance.com and the subject line will read "Your First Connect Verification Code". Enter in your code from this email and once you click continue, you will be moved into the Agency Connector to start quoting and binding!
Didn't receive the email? Simply click the "Resend" button and another code will be sent to you. Be sure to be checking your spam/junk/promotions folder as well for this email.
