How to reset or change your password
There are two ways to update your First Connect password — through the Forgot Password link on the login screen if you can't sign in, or through your account settings if you're already signed in.
If you forgot your password- Go to the First Connect login screen.
- Enter your email address and click Continue.
- Click Forgot password? Listed below the password field.
- Check your email for a message from First Connect with a password reset link.
- Click the link, enter a new password, and confirm it.
- Sign in with your new password.
The reset link is sent to the email address on your account. If you no longer have access to that email, you'll need to regain access with your email provider before you can reset your password — there is no other way to verify your identity.
If you want to change your password (you're already signed in)- In First Connect, click your initials in the top right corner.
- Click Login and Security.
- Click Change password.
- We'll email you a secure link to set a new password. Click the link from your email.
- Enter a new password and confirm it.
Not getting the reset email?
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Confirm you're checking the email address on your First Connect account.
- Wait a few minutes — delivery can be delayed.
- If it still doesn't arrive, contact support.
